Abstract:
Recently, according to Apple China’s official website, each customer is limited to purchasing 2 units of the iPhone Duo planned to be released on the 23rd of this month. Jiupai News reporters noticed that on social platforms, many people posted videos of themselves going to membership-only supermarkets to wait in line for the iPhone Duo to go on sale. A netizen posted a picture of himself queuing up in advance, with the text "Keshike iPhone Duo queuing, position transfer, ranking 32, transfer 168 yuan."

Jiupai News reporter interviewed the netizen, who said that he went to Nanjing to open a market on the afternoon of the 21st and queued up. At 10:44 pm, there were about 40 people in line. In order to keep out the cold, he and his friends chose to spend the night in their car, while some others chose to lay a floor on the spot. Asked whether he could hold on until the release on the 23rd, the netizen said, "If I can hold on, I should issue the order tonight."
In the morning, a reporter from Jiupai News called the Costco Hangzhou member store as a citizen. A staff member said that there were indeed people queuing up in advance. "There are not too many people. They have been queuing up since yesterday afternoon." At the same time, she did not recommend queuing up in advance because there is not much iPhone Duo stock.
A staff member of Costco Shanghai Minhang Member Store said that there were already 20 or 30 people queuing in the parking lot. Other staff went to the scene to persuade them to leave, "We do not recommend queuing because we don't know how many (iPhone Duo) there are."
