It is reported that A24's "Elden's Circle" movie has a budget of nearly US$200 million and is scheduled to be released in March 2028.

Abstract:

It is reported that A24 is advancing the film adaptation project of "Elden's Ring" with a production budget of nearly US$200 million and is scheduled to be released on March 3, 2028. If the budget figures are accurate, the film will be A24's most expensive production to date.

For comparison, A24's previously higher-cost "Marty Supreme" had a budget of about US$70 million, and "Civil War" was about US$50 million. The budget of the "Elden Ring" movie is close to US$200 million, which means that the scale of its project will increase significantly.

The news also stated that Alex Garland, the screenwriter and director of "Civil War", will be responsible for writing and directing the film. The currently listed actors include Kit Connor, Tom Burke, Rose Liu and Nick Offerman, among others, and principal photography is expected to last approximately 100 days.

"Elden Ring" was launched in February 2022, and George R. R. Martin participated in the construction of the game's world view. The game is available on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox platforms, with cumulative sales exceeding 36 million copies. The current budget, schedule, creative lineup and shooting arrangements are all information disclosed by the media. A24 has not yet fully announced all production details.
