Abstract:
On September 17, according to the technology website 9to5mac, U.S. federal judge Mark Pittman asked Elon Musk’s company to provide details and disclose whether there was an agreement that prompted it to drop the antitrust charges against Apple.

Judge Pittman, who is presiding over the case, has ordered X and SpaceXAI to provide the court with "any agreement or combination of agreements reached with Apple that addresses the plaintiff's allegations against Apple in this case."
The order comes in response to an emergency motion filed by OpenAI. OpenAI asked the court to force X and SpaceXAI to submit their agreement with Apple to resolve the dispute. Pittman also ordered the two companies to respond to OpenAI’s motion by noon local time on September 17.
