Previous reports:
On the evening of August 27, Justin Sun’s lawsuit against actor Jing Tian became a trending topic on Weibo. Justin Sun’s attorney Zhang Qihuai confirmed the news. "The things I posted are objectively true and are true. I must be responsible. It is inconvenient to say anything else. Saying so would be tantamount to hype."
Zhang Qihuai issued a document saying that due to related property disputes, Sun Yuchen filed a civil lawsuit with Jing and his parents as defendants. The subject matter involved was more than 30 million yuan, and the case has been filed in accordance with the law. Zhang Qihuai told the Red Star News reporter that this incident was true, Jing was an actor, and the reason for the lawsuit was to get back the bride price. "Because some people keep asking whether this is true or not, Sun Yuchen is also very troubled, so he asked me, as an attorney, not to issue a statement, but to explain."
According to our video from the Beijing News, Zhang Qihuai responded that the issue of surrogacy is not mentioned in the current indictment, and that the more than 30 million yuan involved in the civil dispute is a betrothal gift that is required to be returned.
On August 28, Jing Tian posted:
I will never sell my love for money in the past, present or future, let alone my soul. I still believe in love, I still have poor vision, and I still lack wisdom. But I believe in the law, I believe in kindness, and I believe in justice and fairness. Time will tell.

On August 29, Sun Yuchen posted another long article: The sound of turning off the lights disturbed Ms. Jing. That was not my intention. I hope she is well. Sun Yuchen said: "I do not belong to any side, and this matter ends with me. This is an ordinary civil property dispute that has entered the judicial process. I respect the court, respect the process, and respect all the rights of the other party. I will accept whatever the outcome is."
