Today, Tencent QClaw announced that due to business development adjustments, QClaw will officially cease operations at 00:00 on December 24, 2026. The announcement pointed out that from the date of the announcement, new user registration will be stopped, and subscription service purchases and renewals will be stopped. Before the suspension of operations, registered users and users who have purchased subscription services can still use the service normally; the validity period of the existing points in the user account will not be adjusted due to this suspension and can continue to be used within the original validity period.
In addition, if there are valid subscription services that have been purchased but have not been used up in the account (including valid subscription packages that have been paid but have not been used up, and valid point packages that have been paid for but have not been used up), and they want to terminate the use early, the user can apply for a refund.
It is worth noting that from the date of the announcement, users can quickly migrate data in QClaw to WorkBuddy through the "Migrate to WorkBuddy" portal at the top of the QClaw official website.
According to media reports, Tencent issued an internal organizational adjustment notice in July this year, transferring all related businesses and some teams of the QClaw Product Center to Cloud Product Department Six. It is understood that QClaw was built by Tencent Computer Manager team based on OpenClaw and officially launched internal testing in March this year; and the six cloud products that received this business this time are the departments under which WorkBuddy, its AI office intelligence, belongs.
