Lenovo has just released its new Lenovo ThinkSmartCoreGen2AI-optimized computing device for running video conferencing room systems. The new product uses an Intel Core Ultra processor with integrated NPU, which can meet the needs of AI heavy conference room workloads.
ThinkSmartCoreGen2FullRoomKit is a single SKU option also provided by Lenovo. It adds a smart ThinkSmartBar180 to realize the smart speaker function. In order to make ThinkSmartCoreGen2 more comprehensive, Lenovo has equipped it with a wealth of ports to meet various needs in the workplace:

The ThinkSmart Core Gen2 is available in multiple configurations, with the option to choose from two processors, the Intel Core Ultra 7165H processor on the Intel vPro® platform or the Intel Core Ultra 5135H processor on the Intel vPro platform. There are also 16GB (dual channel) DDR55600MT/s or 32GB capacity available.
This product is pre-installed with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise GAC on 256GB PCIe TL CSS SD and equipped with Intel Arc graphics card. In terms of security, it supports TPM2.0 and is equipped with a Kensington MiniSaver lock slot.
Shannon MacKay, general manager of Lenovo’s global intelligent collaboration business, said when talking about this new product:

The ThinkSmartCoreGen2+ controller will be available through Lenovo ThinkSmart sales representatives later this year. By the end of the year, businesses will be able to get the hardware starting at $2,900.
