In July last year, NASA (NASA) began to form a team of experts to investigate and study unidentified aerial phenomena from a scientific perspective, which is what everyone calls unidentified flying objects (UFOs).However, NASA only named it "UAP" at the time. The orthodox explanation was "unidentified anomaly" and it may not be a flying object.
Today, NASA released an analysis report on UAP, which mentioned that a UAP research director will be appointed, but due to possible personal attacks, the specific name was not disclosed.
NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said at the press conference that this is the first time NASA has taken specific actions to "seriously study the UAP phenomenon."He said that NASA will discover another habitable planet "like Earth" in the universe.
Given the sheer number of stars and galaxies in the universe, he believed there was other life out there.
However, the report emphasized that there is currently "no evidence to conclude" that existing UFO sightings are caused by aliens.
But NASA still advises against brushing off such claims because many of the agency's science missions are at least partly dedicated to answering the question of whether life exists beyond Earth.
NASA said that the investigation of "UAP" is like finding a needle in a haystack. The lack of high-quality data is partly responsible for this mystery. Many current eyewitness descriptions are not detailed or consistent.
