The notice pointed out that in recent years, with the continuous development of Internet of Vehicles technology, intelligent connected cars have begun to add network audio and video receiving modules on the basis of in-vehicle wireless broadcast receiving terminals, constantly enriching communication forms and audio-visual consumption scenarios, but there have also been problems such as irregular service behaviors of individual in-vehicle audio and video service agencies.
In order to continue to consolidate and strengthen the mainstream ideological and public opinion in the new era, shape the new pattern of in-vehicle audio and video public opinion, and meet the new needs of the people for diversified and personalized spiritual and cultural life, the three departments will standardize the management of in-vehicle wireless broadcast receiving terminals and actively guide and promote all domestically produced cars and imported cars produced and sold in the domestic market. The in-vehicle terminal equipment of the car is equipped with a wireless broadcast receiving module, standardizes the management of in-vehicle network audio and video services, strengthens the supply of public service programs, standardizes the operation and management of in-vehicle audio and video, and formulates and improves relevant national standards to promote the healthy and orderly development of the in-vehicle audio and video related industry chain and create a good in-vehicle audio and video communication space.
