As part of its efforts to promote Apple Music on PlayStation, Apple will offer PlayStation 5 owners free Apple Music streaming service for up to six months. PlayStation 5 users who wish to participate in this event need to log in to PlayStation Network, download the Apple Music app, and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the offer. During the process, they will need to log in with an Apple ID or create an Apple ID.
The PlayStation website recommends that players use Apple Music to create a personalized game playlist to listen to before, during and after gaming.
The AppleMusic promotion is only available on PlayStation 5 devices and must be redeemed on a PlayStation 5 console. Only new Apple Music users and qualified old users can get free access, so current users cannot take advantage of this offer. New users will receive 6 months of Apple Music service, while existing users will receive 5 months of service.
Apple will offer this offer until 11/15/24. After six months, users can continue their subscription for $10.99 per month.
