Samsung announced on Monday that it will hold its next Unpacked conference on January 22. This timing is consistent with previous reports. The event will be broadcast live on Samsung's website and will almost certainly serve as the launch platform for the company's latest flagship phone, the Galaxy S25.

This conference is a few days later than last year’s Unpacked, which released the S24 on January 17.
In recent years, Samsung has shifted to a six-month flagship product release cycle, releasing the Galaxy S series in January and the latest versions of the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold folding phones in the second half of the year.As with Monday's event at CES, the company will likely spend much of the event laying out its plans for "Galaxy AI," a proprietary attempt to integrate generative artificial intelligence into phones that is essentially Samsung's take on Google's Gemini and Apple smartphones.
