Yu Yingtao, President and CEO of New H3C Group, issued a document yesterday announcing a collective salary cut for the company's management. Cadres and employees with personal grades of 17 (inclusive) and above will take the initiative to reduce their salaries by 20%. Cadres and employees with personal grades of 16 and 15 will take the initiative to reduce their salaries by 10%. The implementation period will be from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. The company will decide whether to terminate early or extend it based on operating conditions.
Yu Yingtao said, "The company's management is confident that together with all colleagues, by continuing to focus on core businesses and continuously optimizing operational efficiency, we can better seize market opportunities and accumulate development momentum, so that the company's performance can return to the track of rapid growth as soon as possible."
At present, H3C insiders have confirmed this matter to Sina Technology. Relevant sources said, "This round of salary reductions is mainly limited to members above level 15. Ordinary employees have not received notification yet."
