LumonTerminalPro-AppleTV hit series:"The Art of Cutting Life" (Severance) has appeared on Apple's retail website. When you click from the top navigation bar to view Apple's available Mac computers while shopping on Apple.com, you'll see the new device, adorned with a red "New" label.

But sorry, "Severance" fans: the Lumon terminal computer isn't actually for sale.

Instead, its appearance on retail sites is an advertisement for Apple's streaming service, AppleTV+, which comes with a three-month free trial with the purchase of any Mac computer. The streaming service is part of Apple's growing services business, which grew 4% in the latest quarter to $26.34 billion, helping Apple's gross profit margin hit a record high.

Given its pop culture appeal, the Cupertino-based tech giant has been marketing heavily ""Severance," Apple's most-watched TV series of all time, has launched a number of official companion products, including free e-books on Apple Books, Ben Stiller and Adam Scott's "Severance" podcast, a LinkedIn profile for Lumon Industries (the fictional company in the show), "Severance"-themed playlists, pop-ups and more.

On Wednesday, the company also showed how one of the show's editors, Geoffrey Richman, uses an iMac, Macmini and MacBook Pro to produce the show, whether on-site, at home or on the go.

In addition to the LumonTerminalPro listing, there is a short video that gives you a behind-the-scenes look at his editing process.
