Currently, the Windows Roadmap website focuses on consumer-level features of Windows 11, as this is the area where Microsoft is rolling out the most changes, new features, and improvements.

The first batch of features currently include SuperResolution in the Photos app, File Explorer improvements, ClicktoDo, Reall, and improved Windows Search.
