In second place is the removable battery, with a vote rate of 26%. In the past, most users would have extra spare batteries. When the phone runs out of power, it can be revived with a new battery.
However, most of today's mobile phones no longer allow users to replace the battery by themselves. Once there is a problem with the battery, users can only go to a repair center, which greatly increases maintenance costs.
