On February 2, Xiaomi Group Vice President, Chairman of the Purchasing Committee, and General Manager of the Assets and Engineering Management Department Zhang Jianhui issued an article revealing the progress of the company's new car, saying that he was participating in the high-cold test of the new car. Today, there is a section of the road that will be walked close to the national border. The picture he shared shows the dynamics of the car, and you can see the small blue light lighting up the car.

This morning, Hu Zhengnan, an investment partner at Shunwei Capital, also posted a set of pictures of real cars disguised as test cars on Weibo, calling them "the cars everyone has been waiting for."

Referring to reports earlier today, the actual vehicles unveiled this time are four camouflaged SUVs. Judging from the body outlines, they are expected to be a number of different models, including Xiaomi's first extended-range SUV, which is expected to be Xiaomi YU9. It is reported that the car may be equipped with an 80-degree battery, and the pure electric range is expected to exceed 400km.

It is understood that Lei Jun mentioned during a live broadcast on the evening of February 1 that Xiaomi cars were tested in four extreme environments: Turpan (high temperature), Heihe (alpine cold), Kunlun Mountain (plateau), and Hainan (high temperature/high humidity); in addition, there are two comprehensive vehicle testing sites in Guangde, Anhui and Yancheng, Jiangsu. Currently, the number of Xiaomi car testing-related teams exceeds 800 people.
