AMD has recently expanded its processor product line and quietly released 11 new "Hawk Point" architecture APUs, further segmenting its Ryzen 200 series and Ryzen 100 series markets.

In this update, seven new models have been added to the Ryzen 200 series, all with 6-core or 8-core configurations, namely Ryzen 3 205, Ryzen 5 216, Ryzen 7 217, Ryzen 5 224, Ryzen 5 225, Ryzen 7 249 and Ryzen 7 253. This series of products combines the standard Zen 4 core and Zen 4/Zen 4c hybrid architecture design, and is equipped with Radeon 740M, 760M or 780M integrated graphics cards.
At the same time, the Ryzen 100 series has also welcomed four new members, including Ryzen 9 180, Ryzen 7 165, Ryzen 7 155 and Ryzen 5 125. These processors provide CPU configurations ranging from 4 cores to 8 cores, and also integrate Radeon 700M series graphics cards.
Although the market's previous understanding of the Ryzen 100 series family was mostly based on the Zen 3+ architecture, the newly added models are actually based on AMD's latest "Hawk Point" architecture, using a 4-nanometer process and integrating Radeon 700M series graphics cards. This shows that some of AMD's previous information on the official website is biased.
In accordance with AMD's consistent strategy, these new products based on the "Hawk Point" architecture are expected to be mainly used in upcoming OEM notebook computers and mini-host products. This expansion of the product line is another adjustment to the product portfolio after AMD recently introduced a number of processors based on earlier Zen 2 and Zen+ architectures (such as Ryzen 7 4700LE, Ryzen 5 3501U and Ryzen 3 3100U).
