NIO founder, chairman and CEO Li Bin revealed at the 2023 NIO Innovation and Technology Day:Its new sub-brand "Alpine" will be officially launched in the second half of next year.It is reported that the first model of Alpine has been developed smoothly, and the second product is under development. The number of models of the Alpine brand is about half that of the NIO brand.

Judging from previously announced news,The new car will be built on the NT3.0 platform, adopt an 800V high-voltage architecture, and share a power swap station with NIO.It is also expected to use NIO’s self-developed smart driving chips.
With the blessing of the new platform, Alpine is equipped with 60kWh and 90kWh battery packs that are thinner than the existing NIO models, and the body posture and sitting posture in the car will be better than those of the ET5.
After the release of Alpine, it is worth looking forward to whether its models can beat Tesla.
