Passengers can choose to purchase "Silent Car" tickets through Railway 12306, and abide by the "Silent" agreement and keep quiet in the car. When using various electronic devices, you must wear headphones or turn off the audio source function, set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate, take care of accompanying children, and avoid making noise.
When purchasing tickets in 12306, if you set the train number for the silent carriage, the word "quiet" will be displayed as a prompt, and you can purchase it as needed.
There will also be obvious "Silent" signs posted on the end doors, walls and other locations of the silent carriages to remind everyone to keep quiet at all times after entering the carriages.
The voice announcement volume in the silent carriage is 30% to 40% of the normal volume, and the flight attendants will know the arrival information of each passenger and provide each passenger with a "one-to-one" arrival reminder service.
If passengers make loud noises in the carriage, staff will come forward to stop them and issue silent reminder cards.
If repeated persuasion fails, the staff will take "coercive measures" and guide passengers to non-silent carriages.
