[30 Apps were notified of personal information collection and use issues] On September 20, according to the "Announcement on Carrying out a Series of Special Actions on Personal Information Protection in 2026" jointly issued by the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Public Security, in accordance with the "Network Security Law" and "Personal Information Protection Law" "Network Data Security Management Regulations", "Methods for Determining Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps" and other laws, regulations and relevant provisions, the Cyberspace Administration of China organizes to detect the collection and use of personal information by Apps (including mini programs), and hereby notifies relevant issues: 1. Flow Six apps, including Fit and Scooter Recitation, have not disclosed the rules for collecting and using personal information. 2. Four apps, including iNAP Care and Chinese-English Translator, forcefully or frequently ask for unnecessary permissions. 3. Nine apps including GPS acreage meter and ROI calculator did not fully and accurately list the collection and use of personal information. 4. 11 Apps such as Hongjuan Ledu and Daochen Zhiyun do not provide valid account cancellation function.
