[Today’s investment public opinion hot spots]
1) Semiconductor chips: South Korea has a serious supply shortage of semiconductor components and a long delivery cycle. Some equipment manufacturers may have to wait 40 months.
2) Computing hardware: The agency said that PCB manufacturers have successively started re-quoting; leading optical module manufacturers are actively targeting core materials such as DSP, mSAP PCB, and high-speed optical chips.
3) Innovative drugs: Since the beginning of this year, the total number of external licensing transactions of China’s innovative drugs has exceeded US$120 billion, and China has approved 59 innovative drugs for marketing this year.
4) Real estate: Data from the National Bureau of Statistics show that the year-on-year decline in sales prices of newly built commercial housing in first-tier cities in August narrowed 0.2 percentage points from the previous month to 0.9%.
5) Pan-consumption: The Ministry of Commerce said that from January to August, the total retail sales of consumer goods increased by 1.1%, and the retail sales of consumer goods other than automobiles increased by 2.7%.
