An additional 7.846 billion yuan of general bonds were added for the construction of infrastructure projects. 38.012 billion yuan of new special bonds were added, of which: 9.28 billion yuan was used to supplement the financial resources of local government funds; 8.438 billion yuan was used for existing government investment projects; 20.294 billion yuan was used for 391 construction projects in key areas such as land reserves, affordable housing projects, municipal and industrial park infrastructure, and ecological environmental protection. Refinancing special bonds worth 10.146 billion yuan were used to replace existing implicit debts.
