According to Masira TV station controlled by the Houthi armed forces, citing a statement from the organization, a total of 408 commercial ships passed through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait from September 11 to 21, of which 196 sailed north to the Red Sea and 212 sailed south to the Gulf of Aden. The report said that commercial ships passing through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait include container ships. "Except for Saudi ships, international shipping is still proceeding normally and safely." The report also said that this number is higher than the 393 merchant ships recorded between September 1 and 10. Of these, 199 ships sailed north and 194 sailed south.
