[Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: The second satellite network coordination meeting between the competent authorities of China and Norway was successfully held] September 25th, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from September 21st to 23rd, the Radio Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Norwegian Communications Administration held the second satellite network coordination meeting between the competent authorities in Oslo, Norway. Under the framework of the International Telecommunication Union's Radio Regulations, the two parties negotiated more than 30 issues on multiple satellite systems in high and low orbits, involving fixed satellite, mobile satellite and other services, covering multiple frequency bands such as L, S, C, X, Ku, Ka and Q/V. The two parties fully exchanged views and reached multiple consensuses, and jointly signed the minutes of the meeting. The successful holding of this meeting promoted the compatibility and sharing of frequency orbits between the satellite systems of the two countries, helped accelerate the international coordination process of China's satellite network frequencies, and promoted the construction of China's aerospace engineering. At this meeting, the Chinese delegation was composed of the Radio Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Radio Spectrum Management Center, the Beijing Institute of Tracking and Communication Technology, China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd., China Satcom Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., and Tsinghua University. The Norwegian delegation consists of units such as the Norwegian Communications Authority, Space Norway and SpaceX Norway.
