[The United States makes a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane] September 28, according to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to make a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane imported from China. The preliminary ruling was that Changzhou Peicheng Imp. & Exp. Co.)’s subsidy tax rate is 117.39%, and the subsidy tax rate for Suzhou Yacoo Science Co., Ltd. and other Chinese companies is 20.63%. On May 12, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the launch of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations into tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane imported from China.
