Strengthen the supervision of the entire process of dedicated line construction and operation, standardize integration management and charging behaviors, and seriously investigate and deal with illegal setting of integration thresholds and refusal to accept applications. Promote the co-construction, sharing and sharing of dedicated lines, support the unified provision of loading, unloading, transportation, maintenance and other services by dedicated line ownership units or third-party operating companies, and share costs according to the proportion of transportation volume.
