[Jinjiang Hotel: Plans to acquire 10% equity each in Vienna Hotel and Baisui Village Catering to achieve full ownership] On September 29, Jinjiang Hotel (600754.SH) announced that the company acquired 10% equity each in Vienna Hotel and Baisui Village Catering held by Huang Deman through agreement transfer, with a total transaction price of approximately 811 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of the two companies respectively. The transaction pricing is in accordance with the relevant shareholders' agreement and is not higher than the appraised value. Through this acquisition, the target company will become a wholly-owned company of Jin Jiang Hotels.
