On the news, the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the New Battery Industry" jointly formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other seven departments was officially released on September 28. The "Plan" proposes that the goal is to initially achieve large-scale application of all-solid-state batteries by 2030.
