The capital increase will be mainly used for Kunlun Capital’s private equity investment funds and external equity investment businesses. After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity ratio in Kunlun Capital was changed from 29% before the capital increase to 32.16%. Kunlun Capital is still a joint-stock company of the company, which will not cause the scope of the company's consolidated statements to change.
