[The State Administration of Foreign Exchange on the "Implementation Rules for Balance of Payments Statistical Declaration Business through Banks (Draft for Comments)" Public Solicitation] September 30th, in order to further standardize the reporting entities’ implementation of balance of payments statistical declaration business through domestic banks, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange plans to revise the “Implementation Rules for Balance of Payments Statistical Declaration Business through Banks” (Huifa [2022] No. 22) to form the “Implementation Rules for Balance of Payments Statistical Declaration Business through Banks (Draft for Comments)”, which is now open to the public for comments.
