The list referred to in the notice refers to the list of integrated circuit design, production, packaging and testing, equipment, and materials companies that enjoy the additional value-added tax credit policy mentioned in Caishui [2023] No. 17. Enterprises applying for inclusion in the list should submit their applications in the information filling system from October 9 to October 16, 2026, and generate paper documents, stamped with the official seal of the company, and submit them together with necessary supporting materials (electronic version, paper version) to the industry and information technology departments of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Enterprises that have been included in the 2025 list and plan to continue to apply for inclusion in the 2026 list must resubmit the relevant materials in the "Details of Materials Submitted by Integrated Circuit Enterprises Enjoying the Value-Added Tax Super Credit Policy".
