[Zambia announced a new round of cholera epidemic] On October 1, the Zambian Ministry of Health announced a new round of cholera outbreak in the country on September 30, local time. A total of 304 cases, including 11 deaths, were reported in the country's five provinces: Lusaka, Central, Luapula, Northern and Southern Provinces. Currently, the Zambian Ministry of Health is coordinating with provincial and local health teams through the Zambia National Public Health Institute to curb the spread of the epidemic.
