[Prime Minister of Bulgaria: A merchant ship was attacked and sank in Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone on the Black Sea] October 6th, Bulgarian Prime Minister Radev chaired a meeting on October 6, local time, to deal with the incident of two ships being attacked by drones in Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone on the Black Sea. Radev said that around 3 a.m. that day, two merchant ships were attacked by drones, and both ships were damaged. Radev said that this was an absolutely unacceptable attack within Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone and a serious violation of international law and the law of the sea. He emphasized that the current situation is making navigation in the Black Sea extremely difficult. (CCTV News)
