[Shanghai International Energy Trading Center: Adjustment of trading limits for contracts related to crude oil and low-sulfur fuel oil futures] On October 9, the Shanghai International Energy Trading Center issued a notice on adjusting the trading limits for contracts related to crude oil and low-sulfur fuel oil futures. In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Shanghai International Energy Trading Center Risk Control Management Rules" and other relevant regulations, it has been decided after research that starting from trading on October 13, 2026 (i.e., the night trading on October 12), the trading limits of non-futures company members, overseas special non-brokerage participants, and customers in crude oil and low-sulfur fuel oil futures-related contracts will be adjusted as follows: The maximum number of intraday opening transactions for crude oil futures SC2612 and SC2701 contracts is 800 lots. The maximum number of intraday opening transactions for low-sulfur fuel oil futures LU2611, LU2612, and LU2701 contracts is 1,500 lots. The maximum number of intraday opening transactions of the actual control relationship account group is executed according to a single customer. The number of open positions for hedging transactions and market-making transactions is not subject to this limit.
