[India launches anti-circumvention investigation into anti-dumping case of alloy rock breakers involving China] October 10th, according to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 28th, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the domestic enterprise DOZCO (India) Pvt. Ltd. submitted an application to initiate an anti-circumvention investigation into the anti-dumping case of fully assembled alloy rock breakers (hydraulic rock breakers and alloy steel chisels) originating in or imported from China and South Korea, and examining whether the products involved in the case from China and South Korea were exported to India via Malaysia to avoid existing anti-dumping duties. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 2025 to March 2026 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025 and April 2025 to March 2026. This case involves products under Indian Customs Codes 8409, 8412, 8430 and 8431.
