The notice stated that all cement clinker production lines in the region should implement peak-shifting production. Peak staggered production will be implemented from 0:00 on November 1, 2026 to 24:00 on March 31, 2027 for a total of 5 months. The staggered peak kiln shutdown period is from 0:00 on the starting day to 24:00 on the ending day (including kiln time). In accordance with the requirements of "promoting the normalization of cement peak production regions and times across the country", peak staggering during the heating season is a rigid requirement, and all cement clinker production lines must strictly implement it and shall not make any adjustments on their own.
