[Eli Lilly announced the latest data from the clinical study of the combination of ixekizumab and tilpotide] On October 11, Eli Lilly announced the latest exploratory data from the TOGETHER-PsO phase 3b clinical study on October 10. This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab in combination with tilpotide compared with ixekizumab monotherapy in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are obese or overweight and have at least one other weight-related comorbidity. Data show that coadministration of ixekizumab and tilpotide resulted in changes in more biomarkers related to psoriasis disease and metabolism than ixekizumab alone.
