[2 killed and 16 injured after rollover at Japan's Osaka Subway Festival] October 11th: Multiple rollover accidents occurred during the "Osaka Subway Festival" event in Osaka Prefecture, Japan on October 10, resulting in 2 deaths and at least 16 injuries. It is understood that Osaka’s “Jisha Matsuri” originated in the Edo period and was originally intended to pray for a good harvest. The "carts" used in the event weigh 4 tons and are made of pure wood. Each car is usually pulled by dozens of men.
