[Tianfeng Securities: The subsidiary plans to jointly increase the capital of Hongtai Qihang to 5 billion yuan with the controlling shareholder] On October 11, Tianfeng Securities (601162.SH) announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tianfeng Innovation plans to sign the “Capital Increase Agreement and Partnership Agreement Amendment Agreement” with the controlling shareholder Hongtai Group and its subsidiary Hongtai Capital to jointly increase the capital of Hongtai Qihang. Hongtai Qihang was jointly funded and established by Tianfeng Innovation and Hongtai Capital, with a total subscribed capital contribution of 50 million yuan. After the capital increase, the total subscribed capital contribution of Hongtai Qihang will not exceed 5 billion yuan, of which Tianfeng Innovation intends to invest no more than 2.4251 billion yuan, and the cumulative capital contribution after the capital increase will not exceed 2.45 billion yuan. The implementation of this related-party transaction will help enrich the portfolio of alternative investment assets, expand the layout of equity investment business, empower the development of the real economy and science and technology innovation industry in the province, and realize investment returns through the exit of project investment.
