It is proposed that by 2028, the number of new energy ships on inland rivers will double compared with 2025, including more than 1,000 electric transport ships, more than 100 methanol-powered ships, and a significant increase in the number of electric official ships, port ships, etc., and initially realize full-scenario demonstration applications. The methanol refueling service capacity of the Yangtze River trunk line has been fully connected, and the ship charging and swapping facilities in the Yangtze River Delta water network area have basically become a network. The Yangtze River and Xijiang shipping trunk lines, the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal shipping green channel, and the Yangtze River Delta and other ship electrification pioneer areas have been basically completed, and a total of 3,000 kilometers of zero-carbon water transportation channels have been formed. By 2030, the number of new energy ships on inland rivers and the mileage of zero-carbon water transportation channels will continue to increase, and an industrial ecosystem with rich business formats in all scenarios, strong support for the entire chain, and a sound high-standard system will be basically established, and the large-scale application of new energy ships will be initially realized.
