[General Administration of Customs: Export fundamentals have not changed in the fourth quarter] Wang Jun, deputy director of the General Administration of Customs, said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on October 14 that the export scale in the third quarter of this year exceeded 8 trillion yuan for the first time, an increase of 22%. Exports maintain a good growth trend, mainly due to China's complete industrial chain system, the continuous development and growth of advanced manufacturing, and the significant enhancement of innovation, competitiveness, and comprehensive strength. It can accurately, quickly and effectively respond to global production and consumption needs, and provide high-quality and stable supply. Regarding the export prospects in the fourth quarter, Wang Jun believes that the current export fundamentals have not changed. China will accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone, and provide more choices for the production and life of its trading partners and global consumers with Made in China that is both "top-level" and "connected to the local environment".
