[The Ministry of Transport issued the "Guidelines for the Application Scenarios of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Water Transport"] On October 14, the General Office of the Ministry of Transport issued the "Guidelines for the Application Scenarios of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Water Transport", which proposed the construction of safety management intelligence agents, relying on knowledge graphs, large language models, and process automation technology to achieve intelligent safety compliance checks, independent inspections of hidden dangers, and online personalized education and training, so as to improve the level of intelligent management and control of port safety management. Focusing on typical high-risk scenarios such as human-machine cross-operation, ship-shore interface dangerous goods operations, fire and confined space operations, and severe weather operations, we build a scenario-based risk deduction and quantitative assessment model, integrating video recognition, multi-source data collection, and global intelligent sensing technology to achieve early identification of safety risks, dynamic monitoring, intelligent research and judgment, and intelligent early warning.
