[Musk’s Terafab project may usher in its first EUV lithography equipment in the middle of next year] On October 15, sources revealed that Musk’s chip project Terafab may usher in its first EUV lithography equipment in the middle of next year. Research agency SemiAnalysis had previously expected the Terafab building to be completed in 15 months and take six months to install equipment and production facilities. Terafab's initial chips are expected to still use traditional chip equipment to match Intel's 14A process.
