[China and Russia hold the 28th round of foreign policy consultations] On October 14, 2026, Chen Song, Director of the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held the 28th round of China-Russia foreign policy consultations with Drobinin, Director of the Policy Planning Bureau of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Moscow. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views focusing on the international situation, respective foreign policies and other issues of common concern.
