The notice proposes a clear list of projects to be promoted. In this batch, a total of 3 green electricity direct connection projects in the city have been included in the development and construction plan. Two projects were included in the implementation library, with a total power supply scale of 32.33 MW and a total energy storage scale of 2 MW/4 MWh; one project was included in the reserve library, with a power supply scale of 49.33 MW and a total energy storage scale of 5 MW/10 MWh. The annual self-generated electricity consumption of the overall new energy resources of the project should account for no less than 60% of the total available power generation, and the proportion of the total electricity consumption should not be less than 30% (not less than 35% before 2030). After review, the average load rate applicable to the green electricity direct connection projects included in this batch is temporarily based on 40%.
