On October 16th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicly solicited opinions on the photovoltaic manufacturing industry standard conditions and announcement management measures (draft for comments), guiding local governments to rationally deploy photovoltaic manufacturing projects based on resource endowments and industrial foundations, and encouraging intensive and clustered development. Guide photovoltaic companies to reduce photovoltaic manufacturing projects that simply expand production capacity, strengthen technological innovation, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. For new construction, renovation and expansion of photovoltaic manufacturing projects, the minimum capital ratio is 30%.
