Li Qiang said that currently, China and Tajikistan are promoting the construction of a community with a shared future between the two countries. In May this year, President Xi Jinping held a meeting with President Emomali Rahmon to make further plans for the development of bilateral relations. China cherishes its profound friendship with Tajikistan and will always view China-Tajikistan relations from a strategic and long-term perspective. China is willing to consolidate and deepen political mutual trust with Tajikistan, firmly support each other's core interests, continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of cooperation, and continue to move forward hand in hand on the road to modernization. Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to expand bilateral trade with Tajikistan, strengthen cooperation in infrastructure, green minerals, connectivity and other fields, expand cooperation in emerging industries such as digital economy and artificial intelligence, and jointly strengthen economic growth momentum. The two sides should deepen law enforcement and security cooperation, strengthen intelligence exchange and sharing, jointly combat the "three evil forces" and maintain lasting peace and stability in the region. It is hoped that Tajikistan will continue to take effective measures to ensure the safety of Chinese personnel and enterprises in Tajikistan. China fully supports Tajikistan in hosting this SCO Prime Minister’s Meeting and is willing to work with all parties to promote higher-quality development of the SCO. China is also willing to strengthen communication and cooperation with Tajikistan in multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and China-Central Asia, actively implement the four major global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping, and work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind. Emomali Rahmon said that Tajikistan always attaches great importance to and cherishes its partnership with China. In May this year, during my visit to China, I successfully met with President Xi Jinping and reached a series of important consensuses, which charted the course for the development of Tajikistan-China relations. Tajikistan firmly adheres to the one-China principle and firmly supports China in safeguarding its core interests. Tajikistan is willing to further deepen cooperation with China in the fields of economy and trade, industry, agriculture, energy and minerals, interconnection, artificial intelligence and other fields, and promote people-to-people and cultural exchanges. Tajikistan firmly supports the four major global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping and is willing to strengthen multilateral collaboration with China at the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the China-Central Asia mechanism and other mechanisms, to continuously push Tajikistan-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for a new era to a new level and to jointly build a community with a shared future for both countries.
