[National Development and Reform Commission: The National Development and Reform Commission will regularly promote investment projects to private enterprises and make great efforts to solve the problem of arrears in the accounts of private enterprises] On October 20, Liu Dan, deputy director of the Private Economic Development Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, said at the National Development and Reform Commission’s October press conference that in the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will regularly promote investment projects to private enterprises. At the same time, it will continue to strengthen top-level design and create a combination of "policy + project + scenario" collaborative efforts, focusing on three aspects of work. First, continue to break down hidden barriers to allow private enterprises to invest with confidence. Improve the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national projects, promote the fair opening of competitive infrastructure fields to business entities, support private enterprises to deeply participate in the construction of the "Six Networks", and increase support for private investment in emerging industries, new infrastructure, consumption upgrades and other fields. The second is to continue to strengthen factor protection to allow private enterprises to invest.
Increase the supply of capital, data, talent and other elements, strengthen the support of new policy financial instruments for private investment projects, make great efforts to solve the problem of arrears in accounts of private enterprises, and promote the opening and sharing of major scientific research infrastructure to private enterprises in an orderly manner. The third is to continue to promote the opening up of scenarios and allow more private enterprises to participate. A series of docking activities will be carried out with relevant departments, local governments, central state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, etc. to continue to promote the orderly opening of various public scenes, industry scenes, and major project scenes, and truly transform scene resources and innovation opportunities into strong driving forces to promote private investment and strengthen the private economy.
