[AI agents can spontaneously form a vocabulary system] On October 21, a team from the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Laboratory of the Free University of Brussels in Belgium and the University of Namur proved in a large-scale study that even if there are no humans to teach language and no preset communication rules, AI agents can still spontaneously form a shared and mutually understandable vocabulary system through repeated interactions. Relevant results were published in the latest issue of "Journal of Computational Linguistics".
