[China Academy of Information and Communications Technology: Prices of word element services will rebound significantly in 2026] On October 23, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology jointly released the "Large Model Word Element Service Performance Monitoring Report (2026)". The report stated that after the price war in the past two years, the price of model services at home and abroad will rise significantly in 2026. The domestic normalized average price in the second half of 2025 will be 6.8 yuan, while the average price so far this year is 13.46 yuan, an increase of nearly 100%. However, foreign prices are still higher than domestic ones. The average normalized price of typical models released since 2026 is about 117.8 yuan.
