[Live pig and pork prices fell in the fourth week of October] October 26th, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ monitoring of 500 county fairs and collection points, last week (the fourth week of October, October 19-25, the same below), the national live pig price was 10.71 yuan/kg, a month-on-month decrease of 1.7%; the pork market price was 20.59 yuan/kg, a month-on-month decrease of 1.1%. According to the monitoring and dispatching of 200 wholesale markets by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the average price of pork wholesale markets across the country last week was 15.70 yuan/kg, down 0.8% month-on-month and 12.1% year-on-year.
